摘要
阐述高职院校机构现状及其弊端，揭示机构设置繁叠是因在计划经济体制下，政府化模式影响和校内消极因素所造成的，指出当前机构设置改革的有利因素，提出机构改革应当遵循的三个原则及其具体操作方法。论述机构设置科学化、规范化，还需要一定的相关法规和校内非行政性机构作保障。
By expounding the current situations and disadvantages of the organizational structures in vocational universities as well as revealing the causes of overlapping structures (influence of governmental structure model under planned economic system and the negative factors inside the universities), the paper points out the favorable factors for the structure reform and puts forward three principles and some ideas to be followed in the process of reform and anending statement that a scientific, standardized structuring needs the guarantee of relevant laws and regulations.
