摘要
Li2 CO3 和MnCO3 中加入少量柠檬酸或草酸 ,在 5 5 0~ 75 0℃间 ,焙烧 6~ 10h制备了LiMn2 O4 。用TG/DTA ,XRD ,TEM对样品的结构和性质进行了研究。发现在 6 5 0℃焙烧 6h制备的样品具有完整的尖晶石结构 ,样品的平均粒度为
LiMn 2O 4 samples are prepared by heating a mixture of Li 2CO 3, MnCO 3 and C 6H 6O 7H 2O or a mixture of Li 2CO 3, MnCO 3 and H 2C 2O 4·2H 2O in air at 550~750℃ for 6h~10h. Their structure and chemical performance are studied using X-ray diffraciton, TG/DTA and TEM. It has been found that then reaction temperature is at 650℃ for 6h, a well ordered spinel LiMn 2O 4 stucture is produced. Particle sizes of powder are about 40nm.
