摘要
对企业生命周期的阶段与类型进行了分析 ,并运用生物生态学原理探讨了企业生命周期各阶段的风险因素 。
ln this paper, firstly we analyze the phases and categories of corporation life-cycle. Secondly, we apply the principles of biology and ecology to exploit the risk factors in each phase of corporation life-cycle. Finally, we put forward some basic countermeasures to prevent the surviae risks in corporateion life-cycle.
