摘要
产肠毒素大肠杆菌是与腹泻相关的一类大肠杆菌 ,肠毒素可分为耐热肠毒素和不耐热肠毒素。文章从肠毒素免疫性与作用机理 ,不耐热肠毒素的基因质粒、定位、亚基因克隆及表达 。
Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli is one of class of E.coli asssociated with diarrhea. The enterotoxins vary in mode of action but fall into two general groups, heat-labile enterotoxin(LT) and heat-stable enterotoxin(ST). This article has reviewed the immunology and action mode of enterotoxin, the genetic plasmid, molecular nature, subunit cloning and its expression of heat-labile enterotoxin. Moreover, the heat-labile enterotoxin from calf origin is also discussed.
