摘要
采用悬浮粒子浸涂法在宽孔径分布的大孔 (平均孔径为 12 μm )管状支撑体上进行了氧化铝细孔膜制备过程的研究 探讨了浆料中固体含量和涂膜时间对膜的孔径大小、分布和形貌的影响 ,初步得到孔径分布比较窄而且表面比较平整的微滤膜 ;提出了在这种大孔支撑体上的简单的成膜模型 。
The preparation process of alumina fine porous membranes on porous tubular alumina supports by a dip-coating method was studied. The supports have a rather wide pore distribution with a mean pore size of 12 μm . The influence of solid volume fraction and coating time on the pore size, distribution and appearance of the membrane was discussed. Membranes with smooth surface and a relatively narrow pore size distribution were obtained. Based on the experimental results, we put forward a simple model to more clearly understand the process of wet membrane formation.
