摘要 基于TMB建模方法建立了二组份SMB色谱分离过程的理想数学模型。以提高产品纯度和收率为目标 ,依据Massimo三角形理论 ,研究了主要操作参数对SMB性能的影响。针对具体的分离对象进行了操作条件寻优仿真 ,并以此指导实际分离实验 。 An ideal mathematic model for the separation process of SMB,based on the analogy with the true moving bed,was developed here.According to the theory of Massimo's triangle,the effect of main operating parameters on the SMB performance characterized by purity and recovery is studied.Then the operation condition for a special separation object was optimized by computer simulation,and in the guidance of which,the operation of the SMB pilot was carried out.The result is satisfactory,which showed that the simplified mode is helpful to operation optimization,parameter design and separation performance predict.
