摘要 研究了DMF Glycine水溶液体系电沉积Fe Ni Cr合金镀层耐蚀性能 ,结果表明 :合金镀层耐蚀性能随合金镀层中铬含量的增加而提高 ,含铬量为 2 7%的合金镀层与 18 8不锈钢耐蚀性能相近 ; The anti corrosion characteristics of the Fe Ni Cr coating in solutions of 5%NaCl?5%HAc or 5%H 2SO 4 have been measured by chemical immersion and electrochemical technique respectively. The corrosion resis tance increases with increasing chromiun content in coating. It raises obviously when the chromiun is up to 18%. When the content of chromiun is about 27%, the anti corrosion performance is comparable well with that of Cr18Ni8 stainless steel. The corrosion resistance of the Fe Ni Cr coating increases after heat treatment.
