摘要
本文研究了用国产VC40 6A型纺丝机和VC443A型牵伸机试制 84dtex/36f三角形涤纶有光DT丝的工艺。研究表明 ,高质量的三角形孔喷丝板是保证纺丝稳定性的前提 ;合理的纺丝温度、侧吹风速度、纺丝速度。
Process for 84 dtex/36 f triangle polyester bright DT yarn produced by home made spinning machine of type VC406A and drawing machine of type VC443A were discussed.The experimental results indicated that triangle hole spinneret with high quality was the prerequisite to maintain the stability of spinning;and the reasonable spinning temperature,cross flow quench air speed,spinning speed and draw ratio were important factors to obtain top quality DT yarn.
