摘要
探讨了SO4 2 -/ZrO2 固体超强酸的制备条件对催化剂活性及结构的影响 ;并通过与SO4 2 -/ZrO2 -MoO3、SO4 2 -/ZrO2 -SiO2 复合型固体超强酸的催化活性比较发现 ;辛基多苷合成反应在焙烧温度为 5 0 0℃ ;pH值为 9 5 ;浸渍液为 0 5mol/L条件下制备的SO4 2 -/ZrO2 固体超强酸 ,可使葡萄糖的转化率高达 96 % 。
The catalyst SO 4 2- /ZrO 2 was prepared and its catalytic properties for the synthesis of APG under different prepared condlntions were studied and compared with the catalyst SO 4 2- /ZrO 2-MoO 3 and SO 4 2- /ZrO 2-SiO 2.The conversion of glycoside reached as high as 96% with the catalyst SO 4 2- /ZrO 2 which prepared under the follow condition:the calcination temperature was 500 ℃ and pH was 95.
