摘要
通过加入乙酸酐反应对Ahcovel纤维助剂进行了改性 ,探讨了乙酸酐的用量、反应温度和时间等因素对产品水剂稠度的影响 ,应用不同的反应条件可以得到不同稠度的产品以满足不同的需要 ,在反应条件为温度 110℃~12 0℃、时间 5h~ 6h、乙酸酐用量为与羟乙基乙二胺mol比为 0 5~ 0 6∶1时 ,10 %水剂的稠度最大。同时该方法还能明显降低产品的泛黄度 ,使得用阳离子柔软剂代替非离子柔软剂成为可能 。
Acetic anhydride was used in the reaction process for modifying Ahcovel auxiliary of fibre.The effects of acetic anhydrides amount,temperature and tine of the reaction on the thickness of water dispersing agent of product were discassed.Products with different thickness could be made under different condition to satisfy different demands.When reaction was at 110 ℃ ~ 120 ℃ with 0 5~0 6∶1 ratio of moles of acetic amjudrode and Nhydroxyethyl-ethylenediamine for 5~6 hours,the 10 % water dispersing agent was the thickest.As well as,the yellowness of product cuold be reduceb obviously by this way.This make it be possible to substitute non-ionic softeners with low yellowish cationic softeners,the latter show more better softish effects.
