摘要 研制了一种以铂为主的担载型芳烃抽余油加氢精制催化剂。与传统的Ni-Mo-Al型催化剂相比,上述贵金属催化剂使用温度低(160—185℃),空速高(4—6h^(-1)),寿命长。是一种较为理想的抽余油加氢催化剂。该催化剂已在工业上得到成功应用。 Olefines are present in the raffinate of naphtha reforming after extraction of aromatics. These unsaturates should be removed to obtain high quality solvent oil. The conventional process for raffinate refining consists of clay treatment or hydrogenation using Ni-Mo-Al catalyst. However, the spent clay has disposing problems and hydrogenation with Ni-Mo-Al catalyst is relatively inefficient and requires elevated reaction temperature (>260℃)A Pt based catalyst (PA-605) has been developed for this purpose which can hydrogenate olefines at a low temperature, so that it has much higher thermal efficiency.The new catalyst PA-605 possesses the following characteristics:1. High activity the bromine number of the product at 185℃、1.2MPa and LHSV 5.5h^(-1). is 0.01gBr/100g.2. Long life no activity decline is observed after 31 days operation at a LHSV as high as 130h^(-1).3. High tolerance of water and sulfur.4. Olefines can be hydrogenated under mild condition.
