摘要 通过采用扫描电镜分析手段对阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池活性物质微观结构与其循环寿命关系进行了深入研究 ,发现其间存在着密切的关系 ,正极物质结构的疏松及负极物质的比表面积收缩是导致电池失效的主要因素。发现通过优化正极板的固化条件、调整活性物质利用率、负极物质加入添加剂等措施对物质的微观结构有着巨大的影响 ,从而显著影响蓄电池的循环寿命性能。 The relationship between micro structure of active materials in valve regulated lead acid battery(VRLAB) and its cycle life was researched by means of SEM. The results show that the battery failure is mainly caused by the loose of positive active material (PAM) structure and the contraction of surface area of negative active material(NAM). The micro structure of active materials is affected greatly by optimizing the curing condition for positive plate, adjusting the utilization of active materials and adding additives into negative materials, thus the cycle life of VRLAB is influenced obviously.
