摘要 为保证熔融碳酸盐燃料电池 (MCFC)电堆可靠、高效和安全地运行 ,要求保持输出电压的恒定。根据MCFC电堆发电过程中物质与电量的平衡 ,分析了顺流型电堆的内部动态特性 ,就输出电压与燃料气体利用率和电流密度等相关量建立了由一组变系数偏微分方程和积分方程描述的数学模型 ,并从外部负载扰动的角度讨论了各状态量之间的相互关系。仿真结果证实了分析和建模的正确性。 The output voltage of molten carbonate fuel cell (MCFC) stack should be constant in order to ensure the system being operated reliably, effectively and safely. The internal dynamic characteristics of co flow MCFC stack was analyzed according to the balance between mass and current during the generation process of the system. Then, the mathematical modeling, which is charactered by a set of partial differential equations and integral equations with variable coefficient, was formulated based on the relationships among the output voltage, the fuel gas utilization and the current density. Moreover, the relationship among the variables were discussed from the view of external load disturbance. The simulative results are in good accordance with the experimental data, which proves that the analysis and the modeling are correct.
