摘要
采用Ni(OH) 2 、Co(OH) 2 及LiOH·H2 O为原料合成锂离子蓄电池正极材料LiNixCo1-xO2 ( 0≤x≤ 1)。XRD测试表明 ,随n(Ni)∶n(Co)的逐渐降低 ,晶胞参数a、c、V明显减小 ,原因是LiNixCo1-xO2 晶胞中有部分Ni3 + 和Co3 + 取代部分Li+ 应占据的位置。SEM分析表明 ,产物颗粒基本均匀 ,一次粒子颗粒间的边界较明显 ,粒径分布为 1~ 10 μm ,平均粒径为 4.6 2 μm。合成材料的充放电性能较好 ,LiNi0 .3Co0 .7O2 的首次充电容量达到 15 6mAh/g。
The cathode material LiNi xCo 1-x O 2 (0≤x≥1) for lithium ion battery were synthesized by adopting Co(OH) 2 and LiOH H 2O as raw materials. The XRD results show that with gradual drop of n(Ni)∶n(Co) in the synthesized material, the crystal cell parameter a, c and V are decreased obviously. The reason is that certain amount of Ni 3+ and Co 3+ in LiNi xCo 1-x O 2 crystal cell occupied the position that Li + should located. The SEM results shows that the particles of the product are basically homogeneous and the average particle size is 4.62 μm, while the chemical compositions of the product are similar to that of the products made abroad. The charge/discharge properties of the synthesized material is good and the initial charge capacity of LiNi 0.3 Co 0.7 O 2 is 156 mAh/g.
