摘要
首次制备了铝-硼-镁复合交联膨润土(Al-B-Mg-CLB)。考察了不同制备方法及不同铝硼镁比例对交联产品裂化活性的影响,借助XRD、BET、DTA和吡啶吸附IR分析表明,Al-B-Mg-CLB是一种性能良好的新型催化剂材料,其轻柴油微反初活性可达82.4%,在600℃的高温予处理后,微反活性仍保持60%左右,表明交联产品的热稳定性较好。
Al-B-Mg-Cross-Linked-Bentonite (Al-B-Mg-CLB) was prepared for the first time. Effects of preparation methods and Al:B:Mg ratios on the activity of the products for cracking reaction were studied. Characterization techniques included XRD, BET, DTA, and IR. It was concluded that Al-B-Mg-CLB is a new catalytic material with favorable properties. Al-B-Mg-CLB exhibits a high activity for gas oil cracking. After calcination at 300℃ for 3h, it gave a gas oil conversion of 82.4% and the conversion was still above 60% after calcination at 600℃. It was shown that Al-B-Mg-CLB possesses a relatively high thermalstability.
