辐射效应对LDPE/CB复合物电性能的影响 被引量:6

THE INFLUENCE OF RADIATION EFFECT ON THE ELECTRICAL RESISTIVITY OF LDPE/CB COMPOSITES

摘要 研究了γ射线辐照交联后的低密度聚乙烯 (LDPE) /碳黑 (CB)复合物在不同温度下的导电性能。应用扫描电子显微镜研究了不同剂量对复合体系正温度系数 (PTC)效应以及负温度系数(NTC)效应的影响。结果表明 ,辐射剂量对PTC和NTC效应的影响很大。在 4 0 0kGy时 ,NTC效应基本消除 ,当辐射剂量继续增加时 ,NTC效应又重新出现。 The electrical conductivity of low density polyethylene (LDPE)/carbon black (CB) irradiated by γ ray was investigated at different temperature. The relationship between the PTC and NTC effects was investigated by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The radiation dose was shown to have remarkable effects on the positive temperature coefficient (PTC) and negative temperature coefficient (NTC) effects of the composites. An interesting phenomenon was founded that at 400 kGy the NTC effect was nearly eliminated and when the radiation dose raise, the NTC effect reappears. The explanation of this particular behavior was discussed.
