摘要
设计了一种适合 LCoS(Liquid Crystal on Silicon)显示技术彩色化的时序彩色方式及其相应的电路结构,叙述了运用“自顶向下”的现代EDA设计方法,在Cadence平台上按照常规0.6μm的 n-阱双层金属 CMOS艺研制彩色 LCoS显示芯片的全过程,并给出部分电路版图。
A sort of available sequential color method and ralative circuit structure used for LCoS display colorization were designed. With a 'top-to-down' EDA approach, aiding with Ca- dence software, the designing and developing of the color LCOS display chip with 0. 6pm n- well and double-layer-metal CMOS processes were stated and a part of circuit layout was giv- en.
