高等教育大众化:数量与质量孰先孰后

高校扩招后的教育质量是人们比较关注的问题 ,从历史的视角和世界比较的视角对高等教育质量进行考察 ,不难看出 ,在高等教育大众化过程中 ,高等教育的质量危机是无法避免的 ,“数量先行 ,再抓质量”这一发展模式有其合理性与可行性。

The quality of higher education after the increase of enrollment has been a focus of people′s attention. Looking at the matter from the angle of history and the comparison of education in the world,we can see that the crisis of quality of higher education is inevitable.The patter of'quantity first and quality second' is somewhat resonable and practicable.
