高校学生工作要把工作的范围从常规管理方面拓展到教育教学的各个方面,把学生工作的实质理解为育人工作,是所有教师与学校工作者全员参与的工作。树立这样的“大”学生工作观要求学生工作在抓好常规管理工作的基础上,坚持思想教育的灵魂,从学生的成长和发展实际出发,突出重点,树立全员育人的意识。

Student work in higher learning institutions should be enlarged and developed to every respect of teaching and education from routine administering. All teaching and working staff should treat educating people as the essence of student work. The very soul of student work is ideological education and it should start from the reality of student growing and developing. We should lay stress on the key points and set up an ideology of every staff participating educating people.
