摘要
本文利用管理学、社会学、政治学特别是课程政治学的研究成果 ,主要从哲学层面探讨了课程决策中权力运作的价值取向问题。指出 ,课程决策的民主化已形成一种很难扭转的趋势 ,课程决策的首要任务就是要根除集权制的决策形式 ,并对我国三级课程决策主体的权限问题进行了探讨。
On the basis of the outcome of the research in management, sociology and politics, and curriculum politics in particular, this paper, in the perspective of philosophy, discusses the value orientation of the power operation in curriculum decision. It points out that the democratization of curriculum decision has become an irreversible tendency. The paramount task of curriculum decision is to eradicate the centralized decision making. It also approaches the limits of authority of the subjects of curriculum decision at the three different levels in our country.
