摘要 食用菌属于真菌门中的子囊菌亚门和担子菌亚门,具丰富的营养价值且风味独特,清香鲜美,并具医疗保健作用。食用菌产业已成为我国农村经济的支柱产业。生产食用菌应注意家庭模式与工厂化生产相结合,实行名牌战略,并由单一栽培改为套作栽培,同时搞好食用菌产业的深加工,走食用菌生产高效、低耗、可持续发展的道路。 Edible mushroom belongs to the phylum of fungus, the subphylum of ascomycotina and basidiomycotina. With its high nutritive value,unique flavour and health protecting function,edible mushroom is liked by many people. The industry of edible mushroom has become the main industry in rural economy in our country. We should combine family workshop with industrialized production, and we should change single cultivation into interplanting cultivation. At the same time, we should do well in the deep processing of edible mushrooms, and seek to achieve low cost,high efficiency and continuous development.
