文章对天津职业技术师范学院教师教学效果评价实证研究做出了全面的总结和系统的分析,指出了通过该研究所反映出的我院教师教学上的优点和不足,为今后有针对性地改善教学管理,帮助教师提高教学质量提供了重要的参考。

The paper comprehensively summarizes and systematically analyses the assessment of the teachers' teaching results in Tianjin University of Technology & Education; and points out the merits and demerits of their teaching revealed in the research; thus, provides an important reference for the improvement of teaching management & teaching quality.
