摘要
从健身健美操的基本动作、形式、动力、目的出发 ,研究健身健美操运动的本质。结论认为 :健身健美的动作原则是以自然方向用力为法则 ,适合健身健美操的特征形式的、安全有效地实现健康、力量、美丽的标准动作。
Methods of document study,induction study and eduction study were used in this paper.From the point of the view of basic movemen t,form,motive force and aim of body building aerobics,the essence of the movement of body building aerobics is studied.The result show:the puincipse of the movement of the body-building-aerobics is to realize the health,strong,elegant and standard movement satelt and effectively by bakyin as its principle the force exerted towards natural direction which suits the featuri form of body-building-aerobics.
