摘要
主要介绍CDMA射频基站收发信机原理框图、指标及设计方法 .完全符合IS - 95标准的CDMA三扇区基站 .接收机接收灵敏度 - 117dBm ,噪声系数优于 3dB ;发射功率 6 0W ,三阶互调抑制大于 45dB .
The paper presents the scheme of CDMA (code division multiple access) base station transceiver. The CDMA three region base station is incorporated into this standard which is defined in TIA/EIA/IS-95. Its receiver sensitivity is -117 dBm and the noise figure is better than 3 dB. The maximal effective radiated transmitter power is 60 W and the 3rd intermodulation products from co-located transmitter should not exceed 45 dB.
