摘要
卫星设计方案的评价对卫星方案的设计起选择、定向的作用 ,而在卫星设计方案评价因素中 ,既有定量因素、又有定性因素 ,因此比较适宜采用层次分析法。为了检查决策者判断思维的一致性 ,基于统计学中假设检验的基本原理 ,研究了将层次分析法用于卫星总体方案类型优选时判断矩阵的一致性检验问题 ,提出的判断矩阵一致性检验的 χ2 检验法 ,避开了传统的一致性指标CI,避免了判断矩阵最大特征值的计算 。
Evaluation of satellite system scheme has selective and decisive effect on the design of satellite scheme, while there are both quantitative and qualitative factors in evaluation system of satellite scheme, it is suitable to apply the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In order to check the judgment consistency of decision-maker, basing on the fundamentals of hypothesis testing in statistics, the consistency of judgment matrix in AHP is discussed, which can be used in the evaluation of satellite system scheme. A new approach for the consistency test of judgment matrix, i.e. the chi-square test method, is proposed. The approach avoids CI, the traditional consistency index, does not need the calculation of maximal eigenvalue, and can give the information of the consistency about judgment matrix before calculating the ranking vector.
