摘要
在铝电解槽的焙烧过程中 ,为确保其顺利通过焙烧阶段 ,经理论研究和实践验证表明 :可以利用磁位计在线监测电解槽阳极棒的工作电流 ,引进均流系数、作出电流分布曲线图 ,可以快速而又准确地确定出工作电流分布不均匀的阳极棒 ,便于及时、有针对性地实施调整措施 ,确保阳极棒的工作电流均匀分布 ,有利于提高焙烧质量 ,缩短焙烧时间 。
The theory and the practice can test and justify that during roasting,detecting on line heavy direct current of the positive plate of the electrobath of the Al with the magnetic potentiometer (MP),which can ensure the electrobath of the Al come through the phase of the roasting successfully.Falling back on the current curve and even coefficient,can find the positive plate of the electrobath with unbalanced current.This method can raise the quality of the roasting,shorten the time of roasting,even more can improve the quality and the efficiency of the electrolysis of the electrobath of the Al.
