摘要
从气固流动规律、结构形式、操作参数、预提升汽分配形式及催化剂的分配方案等各个角度对工业提升管预提升段进行了实验研究 ,开发出油剂接触较为均匀 ,减少反应器结焦的新型预提技术 ,在工业应用效果良好 ,反应结焦减少 ,装置剂油比增大 ,操作弹性提高 。
A research was made in order to invent a new type of pre-lifting zone used in FCC riser. In this research, the gas-solid fluid rules?equipment structure?operation parameters and gas/catalyst distribution forms were investigated, and a new type of pre-lifting zone was invented. The industrial applications showed that the innovation offers efficient catalyst and oil contact , a deeper reaction and more benefits to the refinery.
