摘要
根据 2 0世纪 90年代以来的研究实践 ,提出区域可持续发展规划的三个观点 ,即区域可持续发展的时段观、空间观。
On the basis of study practices, the author suggested three ideas on regional sustainable development, including stages of development, site-specified views, and emphasis on all participants.
