摘要
针对一类双机架热轧生产线及其分布式计算机控制系统 ,提出了一种通过动态调整轧机间负荷分配以减少等待 ,稳定并提高生产节奏的方案 .该方案利用已有的高精度轧制规程自动设定系统作为模拟轧机 ,并从熟练操作工的生产过程中采集经验数据 ,应用模糊控制思想构造用于调整负荷分配的模糊控制器 ,结合形成优化迭代过程 ,求取使钢坯在两台轧机上轧制时间接近相等并使总轧制时间最少的中间坯厚度和温度 .离线的仿真结果及现场试验证明了该方法的可行性 .
For a kind of double roller production line and its distributed computer controlling system, a new method is put forward, which uses dynamic burden distribution between rollers to reduce latency time and improve the working rhythm. Using the high quality schedule setup program as simulatior, collecting experience of workers to establish a fuzzy controller and combining them to form a optimizing iterative process, this method tries to seek a middle billet height and temperature which will make the billet has the lest time difference between rollers. Off line simulation and on site test prove its feasibility.
