摘要
在钙离子处理的离子交换树脂分离柱上 ,考察了不同分离条件对果糖和葡萄糖分离效果的影响 .当洗脱速率、进样质量分数、进样体积增加时 ,分离度下降 .在典型分离条件下 ,得到了果糖含量 90 % (干基 )的高纯度果糖浆 .
In a separation column packed with calcium charged crosslinked polystyrene ion exchange resin, the effects of various operating parameters on separation of fructose and glucose are investigated. The levels of separation between fructose and glucose decrease with the increasing of the rate of washing, mass ratio of feeding and volume of feeding. Under the typical condition of separation, highly pure fructose syrup having more than 90 percent on a dry solid basis is obtained.
