A Direct Method of Preparing Ultra-Fine RDX Crystals

摘要 提出一种直接制备超细黑索今的新方法 .乌洛托品 (HA)和浓硝酸经硝解氧化反应生成黑索今硝酸溶液 ,然后在 0~ 5 0℃下用水稀释 ,通过控制工艺条件结晶制得预期的超细黑索今晶体 .在实验室中进行了 5 0 g量级实验 ,研究了结晶温度、搅拌速度、硝酸溶液浓度和用量以及稀释水量等工艺条件对超细黑索今晶体粒度的影响 .用本法制得了中位径 d50 为 5~ 10 μm的超细黑索今 ,所得超细黑索今产品酸度小于 0 .0 2 % . A new method for the direct preparation of ultra fine RDX crystals was proposed. HA and HNO 3 reacted with each other to form a solution of RDX in HNO 3, then it was diluted with water in a range of temperature from 0~50℃, the desired ultra fine RDX crystals were precipitated directly by controlling the process conditions. 50 g scale experiments were conducted in the laboratory. Special attention was paid to study of the process conditions which affected the granularity of the ultra fine RDX crystals such as the crystallization temperature, stirring speed, the amount and concentration of the HNO 3 solution, and the amount of dilution water etc. The ultra fine RDX crystals with 5~10 μm median particle diameter were prepared by this method. The amount of residue acid of the ultra fine RDX products was less than 0 02%.
