摘要
采用回归分析法 ,根据发光细菌半致死量 EC50 、有机化合物的折光率 n D2 0和辛醇—水分配系数 KOW数据 ,建立了有机化学品对呆鲦鱼 (Fathead minnow)半致死量 L C50 的数学模型 ,并对模型进行了假设检验 ,利用该模型对 19种化学品的毒性 L C50 进行了估算 .
A mathematical model for the toxicity LC 50 of organic chemicals to the fathead minnow,an aquatic organism, was set up with regression analysis, based on the semi-lethal concentration EC 50 of photobacterium phosphoreum, refractive index n D 20 of organic chemicals and n-octanol-water partition coefficients K OW. The hypothesis of the mathematical model was tested, and the toxicity LC 50 of 19 compounds was estimated.
