黄瓜品种间嫁接苗和自根苗光合特性研究 被引量:23

摘要 对黄瓜品种津春 3号和津绿 3号三叶一心期嫁接苗和自根苗的光合特性作了系统研究 .结果表明 ,两个品种嫁接苗和自根苗的光合速率日变化均呈双峰曲线 ,有明显的光合“午休”现象 ,其形成的主导因素是空气相对湿度 (RH)下降和气孔导度 (Gs)部分关闭 ,嫁接苗的光合速率高于自根苗 ,差异达显著水平 .并模拟计算出黄瓜幼苗的光饱和点、CO2 饱和点及同化的最适温度 . The photosynthetic property of grafted and self-rooted seedlings of two varieties (Jinchun No.3 and Jinlv No.3) was studied,under the stage of three leaves.The results showed that the diurnal change trend of photosynthetic rate (P n) of grafted seedling and self-rooted seedling showed a double peak curve, and there was a significant 'midday depression' at noon. The main reasons for the 'midday depression' were relative humidity(RH) of air and stomatal conductance. The rate of photosynthesis of grafted seedling was higher than that of self-rooted seedling,and there was a significant difference. Moreover, the light saturation point ,the optimum assimilation temperature and the CO 2 saturation point of grafted seedling and self-rooted seedling of two varieties have been calculated with the help of computers.
