During national enterprise innovation, we not only pay attention to innovation of organizational system,but also pay attention to the business idea and managerial intention,business stratagem and strategical management,managerial standard and business process,managerial method and managerial technique,exploitation of human resource and improving managerial quality and all other management innovation issues. it should be combined together with idea,stratagem,frame,making a strategic decision,technological process,standard,encouraging,information technology and managerial artifice during changing to market economy.
