摘要
为了设计具有合理结构的软接触结晶器 ,研究了开缝数、开缝宽度、感应线圈与结晶器相对高度等对磁场的影响 ,考察了在不同条件下软接触结晶器内磁场分布规律 .结果表明 :增加开缝数不但能提高结晶器的透磁性 ,而且能使轴向磁场沿圆周方向分布更加均匀 ;开缝宽度对开缝处轴向磁场影响较大 ,而对其他位置的影响不明显 ;轴线上轴向磁场强度的最大值位置和最大值分别随感应线圈上升分别上移和增大 .
In order to get the soft contacting mold with reasonable structure, the slit number, the slit width and the relative height between the coil and the soft contacting mold were changed to study their influence on the distribution of magnetic flux density in the soft contacting mold by experiments. The results show that with the increment of the slit number, the axial magnetic flux density becomes larger; the magnetic field becomes more uniform along the circumference; the slit width has more effect on the magnetic flux density along the axis and little effect on other positions; the less the distance between the top of coils and the top of mold, the less uniform the magnetic field along the axis and the larger the maximum of the magnetic flux density along the axis.
