摘要
论述了多叶光栅适形放射治疗系统图形图像处理子系统的组织结构和程序流程 ,提出并建立了系统数据结构 ;该数据结构能较好地描述系统数据的层次关系和表达重建的几何模型 .针对输入的 CT或 MRI图像 ,提出了自动分割与手工勾画轮廓的方法 .可对分割出的组织重建其三维几何模型 ,并对模型表面网格进行简化处理 .
This paper deals with the framework and techniques of image & graphics processing software of a multi leaf collimator conformal radiotherapy system. The system data are encapsulated in object oriented paradigm and the hierarchical structure of classes is presented for reconstructing 3D geometry models. The methods used to segment the input images (CT or MRI) by automatic or manual way are developed. The multi tissue 3D geometry models are reconstructed from extracted regions. These models can be further simplified by using edge collapse algorithm. Beams in treatment are set up and the shape of multi leaf collimator (MLC) is calculated in each beam's direction. The project shape of tumours can be generated by system after a direction of radioactive beam is given, and the shape of multi leaf collimator should be adjusted to fit to the project shape. The system also provides the functions for simulating the radioactive processing in computer aided cure planning.
