风险资金的规模不大是制约我国风险投资发展的重要因素。在现阶段，加强政府在风险资金中的投入仍然是重要的。但从发展的眼光来看，必须努力拓宽机构和个人在风险资金中的投资渠道。

The limited scale of the venture capital is a critical factor to restrict the growth of our venture investment. At present, the enhancement of govemment investment as a source is still quite effective. But from the progressive point of view it's essential to expand the sources from the institutions and individuals.
