摘要
将正钛酸乙酯 (Ti(OC2 H5) 4)基体 ,用提拉水解法在玻璃基底上镀制成均匀性好且具有较高折射率的光学膜。用光电子能谱化学分析法对膜层的成分进行测试 ,并对测试结果从化学反应的角度进行了解释 ;最后对光学膜的厚度、折射率及散射率与制备工艺的关系进行了讨论。
Adoption of Ti(OC 2H 5) 4 precursors through the sol-gel process based on hydrolysis reactions of metal alkoxides, by the dipping-hydrolysis method, quite-evenly optical film can be coated on glass substrates. Then the composition of this kind of film was analysed by ESCA, and this ESCA result is explained through the chemical reactions on our experiment condition. Finally, through the thickness, refractive index and scattering index of film, the relationship of the optical properties of this film to its made process is discussed.
