桶状壳体在静水外压载荷下的失效行为分析 被引量:1

摘要 研究了在静水外压载荷作用下利用圆柱壳体几何形状的改变来提高其承载能力的问题。分析表明 ,随着几何参数的变化 ,结构的响应函数表现为不连续的非光滑性 ,并且壳体复合材料的失效指标随单调变化的外压载荷值而表现出非单调性。数值计算结果表明 ,通过改变圆柱状壳体的几何形状及其材料分布 ,可使其承受外压载荷的能力有很大的提高。 It has been proved that the ability for a cylindrical shell under the external pressure of static water to bear the load is enhanced by changing the geometrical shape of the cylindrical shell. It is showed by analysis that, with the change of the geometrical parameters, the structural response function is discontinuous and nonsmooth and the failure index of shell material proves to be nonmonotic while monoticaly changing external pressure .The result of numerical calculation shows that the capacity of bearing the load is enhanced extremely by changing the geometrical shape of the shell and its material distribution.
