骨折治疗的新进展——从AO到BO 被引量:3

摘要 AO(Arbeitsgemeinschaft fiir Osteosynthese)学派所倡导的骨折解剖复位 ,坚强内固定的生物力学观点 ,对全球范围内的骨折治疗起了指导性作用 ,并且取得巨大成功 ,但同时由于“坚强固定”、手术损伤大等原因出现骨折延期愈合、再骨折等问题。包括 AO学派在内的许多专家做了大量的基础和临床研究 ,提出了以保护局部软组织及骨的血运为主的生物学固定观点 ,即 BO(Biological osteosynthexis)观点 ,以促进骨折愈合 ,最大限度恢复功能 ,对临床工作具有重要指导意义。 The biodynamical viewpoints of rehabilitation of fracture dissecting,firming inner fixing that the school of AO(Arbeitsgemeinschaft fiir Osteosythese)advocates play an instructive role in fracture curing globally and gain huge success. Meanwhile,because of firming inner fixing,big operative injury and other reasons,problems of deferring in fracture healing and refracture are arisen. Many experts including the school of AO have done a lot of elementery and clinical reseach, then put forward the biological fixing viewpoints of protecting local soft tissue and blood-moving of bone,i.e.the viewpoints of BO(Biological Osteosynthexis),which can accelerate the healing of fracture and recover the functions as much as possible,so it has greatly instructive significance in clinical work.
