An analysis on the structure of idioms can help us to understand and apply idioms correctly, and to recognize deeply the law of Chinese combination. From the investigation and analysis we can find that its internal structure and grammar relationship are complicated and varied, its external syntax function and combination are flexible, and its internal structure and external function are mutually restricted and influenced. In order to solve the difficult problem of idiom structure analysis, we should attend to etymology, consult semantics, consider parts of speech and aim at structure style.
