In the past dynasties, there has been an immense number of books on the searching in- formation of 'the history memory' , which are both excessive and miscellaneous. From Ming Dy- nasty, people have collected and coordinated the information by editing commentary and the lost books, reprinting the ancient books, which has acquired prodigious achievement. The authorized index for consulting the information is also multiple, to which we should pay great attention. The article makes across-the-broad summarization and hackle on the accomplishment on these two sides.
