The significant thought of the'Three Represent's Theory'(T.R.T) is a guideline to the innovation of the political and ideological work (PIW) in colleges.The practice of T.R.T and the enhancement of the innovation of the P.I.W are the inevitable and the objective requirements to build the socialism with Chinese characteristics.Its innovation lies in the content,the form,the method,the mechanism and so on.
