摘要
通过蛋白核小球藻 (Chlorellapyrenoidosa)、斜生栅藻 (Scendesmusobliquus)和月形藻(Closteridiumlunula)对铜的为期 6d的吸附实验 ,研究了藻类生长同藻类对铜的吸附与解吸的关系。结果表明 ,这三种绿藻对铜的吸附是一个动态平衡过程 ,在对数生长期的解吸能力强 ,而在稳定生长期的解吸能力变弱。
Measurement was made for the adsorption of chlorella pyrenoidosa, Scendesmus obliquus and closteridium lunula on copper for a period of 6 days, in order to study the algae growth related to adsorption and desorption of algae on copper. The results show that adsorption of the three kinds of algae on copper is a dynamic balance process. They have strong desorption capability in log growth phase, which becomes weaker in stationary growth phase.
