In this paper, by summarizing many layers concrete structure, anti seismic strengthening design, it summarizes a few main problems, for example, it's a important problem for us to adjust tension link, which is used to strengthen in construction and safeguard in future, if its link construct has some questions. It will weaken effect on construction anti seismic strengthening. Anti seismic requires to synchronismly think over upper part and base structure. At last, the paper puts forward some opinions of specific improvement opinions, Such as, constitute circle beams of construct column strengthening, horizontal wall strengthening, construct linked and base strengthening, etc.
