谈多层砖混结构温度缝的原因和控制

The superficial discussion on the reasons and controls for emerging architecture temperature seams in multi-storey masonry structures

目前砖混结构建筑工程仍是我国中小城市住宅的建筑主体 ,但是由于一些原因 ,工程竣工以后往往会出现一些结构开裂现象 ,既难于恢复 ,又会造成很多不利的社会影响。根据工作经验 ,主要从施工等方面分析了砖混结构温度缝出现的具体原因 ,对治理砖混结构温度缝的施工措施进行了探讨 ,并提出了一些合理要求和改进建议。

Now, at home masonry structure is still main structure form for medium and small cities residences. But because of some reasons the structures often emerge some cracks after finishing project. These cracks both repair difficultly and cause many disadvantageous society effect. So according to writer's experiences the detailed reasons for emerging temperature seams in masonry structure are analyzed from construction aspect. And construction measures of dealing with these temperature seams also are investigated in this paper. Finally some rational requirements and improving suggestions are given.
