摘要
介绍对烘干机燃烧室的改造方法 ,即改层煤燃烧为喷煤粉燃烧 ,并对温度实施控制。阐述了喷煤粉燃烧的工艺结构、工作原理及操作方法 ,通过改造 ,达到大幅度提高质量 ,降低能耗、减少污染的目的。证明烘干机燃烧室的改造及温度监控具有现实意义。
The reconstruction method, namely changing layer coal combustion for pulverized coal injection combustion, and temperature control of combustion chamber of directed fired dryer are introduced. And the crafts structure of the combustion chamber, the work principle and the operation method are clarified. By reconstruction the purpose of greatly enhancing the production quality, abating the energy consumption and reducing pollution is reached. The facts prove the realistic signification of reconstruction and temperature control of combustion chamber of directed fired dryer.
