Through analyzing the development situation of residential industry at home and abroad, the writer puts forward the concept of residential industrialization and his viewpoint of how to prompt residential industrialization and persistent development. The paper discusses the 'one core and three principles' that must be mastered in residence's persistent development. Also the main technical measures taken by different countries are introduced. Meanwhile, the writer points out a mistaken trending problem in current residential construction of our country.
