大面积成排灯具的安装有严格的工艺流程 ,缺一不可。管内外的除锈、防漏要彻底 ,灯位放线定位需用墨线纵横交叉定出。管盒固定需与周围的底片钢筋连接牢固 ,灯位盒要紧贴模板。浇注混凝土时必须有电器人员专人看护管盒的位置 ,防止错位。穿线前必须提前扫管 ,清除管内杂物积水 ,保证穿线管路畅通。

The paper indicates that the installing of large area lined lamps must completely conform to rigid technical process. And the paper gives some specific installing keys from the following aspects: the derusting and anti leaking in and out of pipe are carried out thoroughly; the line setting of the position of lamps should be decided with vertical and horizontal cross method; the lamp boxes need to firmly connect with base reinforcement and stay close to mould plate; when casting concrete the electrical personnel must be heedful of the position of the lamp boxes to prevent from malposition; before penetrating through the stamps lines the pipe must be cleaned in advance in order to make pipe unobstructed.
