摘要
城市供热管网水压强度试验合格 ,补偿器和主次固定支架焊接完毕后需进行水压严密性试验。结合工程实例 ,采用 14km一次性水压严密性试验 ,并对方案确定 ,准备工作 ,严密性水压试验 ,试压组织和安全措施进行了细致周密的论述 ,从而使大管径长距离供热管道水压严密性试验一次成功。
After welding compensator and primary and secondary fixed braces, the water pressure test on tightness of pipes need be carried on. Pointing to this, a water pressure test on tightness of fourteen meters long pipe is done. And the paper goes into details from many aspects in order to make the test successful, e.g. plan determination, preparation, water pressure test, test arrangement, safety measures and so on.
